  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (sales, promotions), processing may take an extra business day.

We will notify you immediately if there is any delay in processing your order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 1–3 business days
  • Secondary Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight of the parcel
  • Delivery location
  • Courier service selected

Orders above a certain minimum amount may qualify for free shipping, depending on active campaigns or promotions.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking code
  • A link to the courier’s tracking page
  • SMS or email updates regarding shipment status

If you need help tracking your parcel, our support team is available to assist.

5. Delivery Attempts

Couriers generally make two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the parcel may be returned to us.
You may be contacted via SMS or phone before the delivery attempt to ensure availability.

6. Delays & External Factors

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Road blockages
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational limitations
  • High seasonal volume

While these factors are beyond our control, we actively support customers in resolving any delays.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide your order number and photos of the parcel
  • Our team will investigate and provide a replacement or solution
